Head of Administration: Mr. Rohullah Ghafari is working with MUTAHID DFI since 2013, he has two Bachelor Degrees, (Bachelor of Business Administration and Bachelor of Science) ,many times he succeed to achieve best employees certificates and attended to trainings, he has previously worked with different positions and organizations such, Zubair Ahmad Azizi Construction Company, FRIEDRICH EBERT STIFTUNG (FES Afghanistan), National Solidarity Program, Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development(NSP/MRRD)
