Shakar Mohammad Joya

Shakar Mohammad Joya is Acting Head of Operations, where he leads Mutahid overall operations across Afghanistan.

Joya has also served as Regional Manager and operation manager at Mutahid DFI and he has worked as Loan officer, Deputy Branch Manager, Branch Manager, Regional Manager and Recovery Manager at FINCA Afghanistan
He holds a Bachelor of Education from Balkh University and a Master of Business administration from Kardan University in Afghanistan.
Under his leadership, operational activities has been scaled across the network with development of a healthy portfolio.
