Omid Habibi

Head of Human Resource and Training:

Mr. Omid Habibi has been a valued member of Mutahid DFI since April-2022 bringing with him a wealth of experience in various roles within the banking, microfinance, and NGO sectors. Prior to joining Mutahid DFI, he has held positions at esteemed organizations such as UN-HABITAT, UNDP, Afghanistan international Bank, Roshan Telecommunication company, and FINCA.

 

Throughout his career, Mr. Habibi has demonstrated versatility and expertise in multiple fields, including HR, Administration, Procurement, Operations, conventional and Unconventional banking, Compliance, Recovery, and Legal department. With our 17 Years of work experience, He has acquired a deep understanding of the intricacies involved in these areas.

 

In Terms of education, Mr. Habibi holds a bachelor’s degree in legal law (LLB) and currently pursuing his LLM degree. Additionally, he has actively participated in numerous national and international training programs, both within and outside of Afghanistan, focusing on banking, Microfinance, and NGO-related topics, these Trainings have further enhanced his knowledge and skills in the industry.

He is known for his passionate leadership, innovative thinking, business development acumen, ability to drive sales and commercial growth, commitment to ethical and financial compliance, and expertise in capacity building and training.
